"Photography, to me, is so much more than adjusting aperture, pulling focus, and capturing an image. Photography is the preservation of a moment. It allows time to stand still long after the final shutter. Though the moment itself may pass, it is forever preserved through little refractions of light dancing through the camera lens. These refractions of light turned images become time capsules of what was once present, preserving memories for generations. And, if you look closely, each image reveals a subtle glimpse of a person’s personality, and even their soul."
